PART ONE ·10.30am
Exercise in Confidence Class
The workshop begins with a group Body Confidence exercise session with Pro-Fitness Trainer Jenny Randolph. Jenny brings her decades long expertise in sports psychology to the Confidence Consortium, connecting body-awareness with breath work, self-acceptance and achieving more effective and long-lasting results from our exercise routines. Expect a restorative and thought provoking class suitable for all fitness levels.
PART TWO · 11.00am
In Part Two, Jenny will expand the conversation of Physical Body Confidence and the mind-body connection. We will learn about body awareness and the importance of breathing for relaxation, control and concentration, the emotional importance of exercise, and efficient exercise planning for those with ‘no time to workout’. Jenny has conducted in-depth research into the correlation between exercise, body image, and how self-perception and self-confidence changes when we exercise on a regular basis. She will be discussing her research and more during her Part Two.

PART THREE · 11.30am
New York based Life Coach Sam Smith will lead Part Three of the Confidence Consortium with a talk addressing Self-Confidence. Sam works with clients all over the world to empower their perspectives and tame their confidence, introducing creative coaching techniques into their daily lives to intercept ‘demotion emotions’ and increase self-awareness. She designed and runs the online Coaching for Self Care training program and will share aspects of the course, along with other professional coaching tips and confidence taming tricks to enhance your personal perspective power.

PART FOUR · 12 midday
Personal Stylist and Image Consultant Vicky Booker takes over Part Four of the Confidence Consortium as our attentions turn to personal image and our confidence in how we look. Vicky will be talking about the psychological connections between our moods and our choice of clothes, how our clothes can ‘speak’ before we do, and the problems with assuming we ‘can’ or ‘can’t’ wear a particular color or style of clothing. She will help you to discover your individual Style Personality, and dress with greater confidence.

REFRESHMENT BREAK · 12.30pm
We will break at 1pm for 15 minutes. Due to food intolerances, allergies, and the fact that catering rarely caters for everyone, we invite you to bring your own lunch. The double benefit here is that we’ll roll the savings out of the ticket price and the event will cost you less.
