Sessions currently take place Monday to Saturday. To reserve your session prior to booking please use the Session Scheduler. Upon reservation your session time and date will be held for 12hrs upon which payment is required to confirm your booking. We regret that we are not able to hold single session times beyond 12hrs without payment. You may schedule your entire 6 program sessions in the same way.
CAN I BOOK MY SESSION BEFORE I PAY FOR IT?
You can reserve your session date and time before processing payment when you use the Scheduler form to book your session. Upon receipt of your scheduling requests will respond within with options. You then have 24hrs to confirm your booking by making payment. We regret that we are unable to reserve bookings beyond the 24hr window.
DO CREATIVE COACHING SESSIONS EXPIRE?
All sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.
CAN I GIFT A SESSION OR PROGRAM TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes. Please request a Gift Certificate upon placing your booking.
IS CREATIVE COACHING LIKE THERAPY?
No. This is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals. It is your exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance if needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you promptly inform the mental health care provider of your intention to participate in the session.
IS EVERYTHING CONFIDENTIAL?
All direct communication with Sam Smith is bound by client confidentiality. What happens in a session stays in a session, unless agreed by each party or regarded as a serious risk to either parties safety.
DO I NEED TO BE ON TIME FOR MY SESSION?
Yes. Your session will commence on time. If you are late to your session we cannot guarantee that we will be able to extend your session time beyond your scheduled time.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you change your mind you have 24 hours from time of purchasing the session to request a full refund. After that time scheduling will be allocated and we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
