HOW DO YOU HALFTERNOON?

I halfternoon by finding the best spot on the sofa - legs stretched, overlooking the gardens by our flat. I like to read, watch something (Fleabag and Jane the Virgin are current choices), paint my nails or listen to music. At some point I end up using the face and hair masks from the remains of the previous year's Christmas stocking.

I often need to recharge by myself but company can be exactly what's needed too. I love walking or sitting by the sea, breathing in clear air and talking about the big things in life.

Regardless of the activity, halfternooning usually means slowing down and doing one thing at a time.

WHAT WOULD BE A DREAM HALFTERNOON?

My dream halfternoon would include an endless supply of chilled sparkling water, a comfortable seat in the shade and a book I just have to keep reading
