HOW DO YOU HALFTERNOON?



A long walk somewhere pretty, preferably by the water and with someone good to talk to. The perfect walk would be in the sunshine and involve a stop for coffee/wine somewhere along the way.



WHAT WOULD BE A DREAM HALFTERNOON?


On a quiet beach in Greece, Menorca or Italy on a really hot and sunny afternoon watching the world go by and the sun shining on little boats on the water. Under a sun umbrella in the shade with an excellent book and an icy cold glass of something, looking forward to dinner later with close friends/family.

Ness Smith is an expert in childhood emotional health. A teacher for over 20 years, she is has a degree in Childhood Studies and Early Years from the University of Chichester, Sussex, and PGCert National Qualification for Special Educational Needs, also from the University of Chichester. Recently she was selected to join the exclusive CBT based Psychological Interventions for Children and Young People program at the University of Sussex, (Brighton).
